A New Chapter Begins
Welcome to the Ever Love Collective
Today and every day, I am filled with gratitude.
But my journey has not always been easy. It has been marked by soaring joys and devastating losses, moments of hardship and healing, love and heartbreak.
Starting Gals That Give
In 2007, I endured the unimaginable loss of my twin boys, Hayden and Caleb. Those were the darkest days of my life. I struggled just to get out of bed, to find meaning in my days, and to believe in my own worth. For a long time, a hollow emptiness threatened to consume me.
What saved me was the simple, profound act of serving others.
I began volunteering at our local hospital, the only thing I could manage when my heart was too fragile to do much else. In giving my time and love to others, I found a way back to myself. I discovered healing and peace. I saw how a single caring hand, a compassionate heart, can transform a life. One person truly can make a difference. And I knew I wanted to be that difference for someone else.
This calling grew into Gals That Give in 2018, a dedicated group of women united by a shared passion to give, support, and uplift our community through collective giving. Together, we raised over $137,000 for more than 30 local charities in Simcoe County. It was the beautiful power of many hearts coming together as one.
In 2022, after deep reflection and personal growth, I made the heartfelt decision to retire Gals That Give. It was not easy, but I knew it was right. After five years of incredible growth and impact, it was time for Gals That Give to close its chapter and make space for a new vision.
